General Comparable Property Analysis is a service of O’Connor & Associates, LP. Please read this Agreement completely before using Comparable Property Analysis. Anyone who uses Comparable Property Analysis is a User. If the terms are not acceptable, please leave the site and do not use the service. The written content of this document forms our entire Agreement.

It may not be downloaded, copied, electronically displayed, electronically stored for any commercial use. You may access this site up to 5 times. You may electronically download information for comparable properties. You agree to delete and destroy and information you download within 60 days. User agrees not to use the information for any commercial purpose. User agrees not to electronically harvest, scrape or gather any of the content of this site.
The copyright includes the information, photos, computer code and HTML coding.
User agrees not to redistribute, republish or alter the content.
Links Links to other sites are provided for the convenience of the User. Links are not an endorsement of any other site or service. User agrees to do their own due diligence of the sites and services connected by links.
Termination of Service O’Connor & Associates reserves the right to deny access to Comparable Property Analysis to any person or entity for any legal reason without any notice.
Revision of Terms User agrees O’Connor & Associates may revise the Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice by revising the content posted within the site. Changes become effectively immediately upon being posted.
Jurisdiction User agrees Terms of Use will be construed in accordance with laws of the State of Texas. User agrees to exclusive venue of state district and federal courts in Houston, Harris County, Texas. By using this site, User agrees to waive any right to requesting venue in another location.
Cost to Use Site There is no cost to use this site for your personal use in identifying comparable properties.
Warranty O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY ASPECTS OF ANY PROPERTY LISTED IN THE COMPARABLE PROPERTY ANALYSIS. O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES DOES NO DUE DILIGENCE OR RESEARCH ON ANY PROPERTIES WHICH USE OR ARE LISTED IN THE COMPARABLE PROPERTY ANALYSIS. USER AGREES NOT TO BRING ANY CLAIM AGAINST O’CONNOR & ASSOCIATES. DUE TO THE DIFFICULTY OF CALCULATING ACTUAL DAMGES, USER AGREES THE MAXIMUM DAMAGES AND CLAIM AS A RESULT OF THIS SITE IS THE COST TO USE THE SITE.
USER AGREES ANY CLAIMS WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT THROUGH CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.
Unenforceable Terms If any term is found to be legally unenforceable, User agrees that terms will be enforced as closely as possible to what is in this agreement. In addition, if any term is found legally unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in full force and effect. User agrees any ambiguous language will be interpreted in favor of O’Connor & Associates.
Entire Agreement User agrees this is the entire Agreement and that it has not been and can not be modified verbally. User agrees the only option to alter this Agreement is in writing. User agrees not to use this service (Comparable Property Analysis) if this Agreement is not acceptable.
