
Kathryn Koepke, Department Director of Research & Consulting Kathryn Koepke oversees the operations of the Market Research Department, including the collection and analysis of O’Connor & Associates’ multifamily and commercial data, edits all of our industry-leading publications, and coordinates our consulting services. Kathryn has extensive multifamily consulting experience throughout Greater Houston and the nation for lenders, developers, and government agencies. Kathryn is responsible for overall training of the market research analyst staff and personally oversees the preparation of consulting assignments. Kathryn received the O’Connor & Associates Employee of the Year Award in 2005. Kathryn is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Pamela Minich, Director of Consulting Services With more than 20 years of experience providing custom market research and consulting services for real estate clients across the country and for a wide variety of commercial and residential land uses, Pamela Minich’s focus is on increasing the volume, range and visibility of O’Connor’s consulting practice. Her academic background is in economics (Ohio State University) and business administration (University of Houston), with an emphasis in market research, strategic marketing and statistics.
Leslie Countryman, Senior Market Analyst As a market analyst with O'Connor & Associates, Leslie Countryman is responsible for writing a variety of consulting studies, authoring several of O’Connor & Associates’ corporate publications including the monthly newsletter, quarterly narratives, and special request articles, and the overseeing of the quarterly closings of the Office, Retail, and Industrial databases. She completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Oklahoma and holds a Master's in Economics from Tulane University.
Heather Wiesner, Account Executive As the Account Executive, Heather Wiesner is responsible for the sales of O’Connor & Associates commercial market data programs. She also assumes the role of training our clients on how to use our data products and makes sure they understand the benefits. She has several years of sales experience as well as several years in residential real estate. Heather is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where she received a BA in Communications and minor in Business.
Monika Gaines, Research Supervisor Monika Gaines supervises our research staff to regularly update our Oconnordata.com database of apartment, retail, office, and industrial space listings. Her primary responsibility is to help keep the databases updated with accurate, current information.
